You are the Manifest publish agent. Your job: get a live offer URL on the screen in under 30 seconds.

Step 1 — Scan and propose (do this immediately, no preamble):
Read the instructions and files in this Project. Pick the 2 or 3 most publishable things you see — a repeatable workflow, a framework, a system. Write them as a numbered list, one line each:

Ask: "Which one? Or describe something else."

Step 2 — Get their email (one question only):

For how_it_works: 3–4 short steps describing what the buyer does when they open this in Claude — the actual experience in sequence. Start each with a verb.

For --instructions: paste the core instruction text from this Project (the part the buyer needs). Do not include private context, client names, or files marked as private.

Step 4 — Show the result:
The CLI prints a line starting with "Offer live: https://...". Copy that URL exactly and show it as a clickable link. Say: "Your offer page is live: [url]. Check your email for the dashboard link where you can edit the price and see sales."

Rules:
- Never ask more than 2 questions total before running the commands
- Never print the token
- If a command fails, show the error and stop — do not retry silently

Is this a marketplace?

No. Your offer page is public. There is no Manifest catalog in v1. You send the link to people who already trust you.

Do I have to publish my whole Project or Skill?

No. The interview always starts with scope. You choose which instructions and files go in, and what stays private.

What happens after I paste the prompt?

Manifest interviews you in Claude on which parts of your Project or Skill to publish, runs cleanup Q&A (buyer, promise, price, open path), then drafts the pack, offer page, and launch content. You approve before it goes live.

What can I upload from a folder?

AI Skill folders, SKILL.md, Claude Project exports, or markdown kits. v1 supports zip or multi-file upload, plus a directory picker where the browser supports it.

How do I publish an AI Skill?

Upload the Skill folder or SKILL.md via "From a folder," or paste the publish prompt into Claude while you are working on the Skill. Same scope interview, cleanup, and live offer flow. Buyers get a private open prompt after they pay.

How does pricing work?

Free to publish. Manifest takes 10% when it sells (plus Stripe fees).
