1. What Manifest Is
Manifest (manifest.shop) is a marketplace where independent publishers sell AI prompt products — Claude Skills, Claude Projects, and Custom GPTs — to buyers who want to use them directly in their AI tools. We process payments, deliver the product, and handle the infrastructure. We are not a party to the prompt itself.
2. Publishers
By listing a product on Manifest you confirm that you own the content, have the right to sell it, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property. You are responsible for the accuracy of your offer page and for the quality of the product delivered to buyers.
Manifest takes a platform fee on each sale. The current fee is shown at listing time. Payouts are processed via Wise to the email address on your publisher account.
We may remove listings that violate these terms, contain harmful content, or are misleading without notice.
3. Buyers
When you purchase a product you receive a time-limited download link to a ZIP archive containing the prompt files. The link is personal and non-transferable. You may use the prompts for your own personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-publish the prompts as your own product.
All sales are final. Because the product is a digital download that is immediately accessible after purchase, we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in cases of clear technical failure.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use Manifest to publish or sell content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive
- Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property
- Contains malware, exploits, or instructions designed to cause harm
- Generates or promotes hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity
- Violates Anthropic, OpenAI, or any AI platform's usage policies
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Manifest does not store your card details. Prices are displayed in USD.
6. Intellectual Property
Publishers retain ownership of the prompts they list. Manifest retains ownership of the platform, branding, and infrastructure. Nothing in these terms transfers IP between parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Manifest is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or the products sold on it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
